FEELINGS : To be able to share our feelings with someone who understands and is a good listener.

FAMILY & FRIENDS :  People in our lives who matter.

FITNESS : Where we learn how to co-operate with our body so that it can then do its best for us. 

FOOD & DRINK : The mirror that reflects how much we respect ourselves, our bodies, all living creatures, and our planet.

FUTURE : Purpose - what brings meaning to my life?

FAITH : The inner knowing that is Truth.

Where even one aspect is weak or neglected, we lose the ability to stay stable and strong.
